“ The first contact I had at World Car Mazda was a kind and helpful receptionist who gave me directions to the service center. I mentioned that I was coming from Boerne, and she ended the conversation with "have a safe drive". That kind of customer support meant a lot to me. I walked into the service area and met Zena, she helped me understand the timetable for repairs and maintenance. Throughout our initial conversation she was checking to see if I understood and was very thorough. She provided her phone number should I have questions and/or need anything. While my car was being serviced I decided to walk to North Cross Mall. Zena asked a gentleman to give me a ride to the Mall. He stopped at that point, in the middle of his lunch, and drove me there. Everyone was genuinely interested in doing thorough job and providing kind services and attention. I highly recommend this service center for vehicle maintenance and driving safety. ”

“ I’m not one to write reviews, but here I am after the WORST car-buying experience in my life! My sales rep, Steven, was the only positive experience, so thank you, Steven. As a veteran and first responder, I have never experienced such poor customer service from the general manager, sales manager, and finance manager! It was awful! This company will make you jump through extra unnecessary hoops to force you into financing through their lending, only so they can tack on additional points and pocket the money. From the sales manager telling me he’ll gas up the car now that I have to finance with them. He was willing to sell me a dirty car with the fuel light on. The finance manager lied straight to my face about the lowest rate available. For someone with good credit, it was interesting to see that my lowest available rate was two points higher once he found out my pre-approved rate. These guys are SNAKES! If you must do business with them, be careful because they will find any way to take advantage of you! ”
“ Be careful with this dealership. I declined all add-ons, but they still added a $2,000 charge without my consent. I went back twice to have it canceled and was repeatedly told it would be removed. After 3 months, nothing has changed. This feels like a scam—you risk losing money if you buy a car here. Update : I tried calling Mazda corporate, and they said the dealership has not canceled the maintenance service. I also called the maintenance company, and they said the same thing. I have evidence that I went there twice and requested the cancellation, but everyone at the dealership lied. ”
“ Very poor customer service at this location. I recommend the new Braunfels location. It doesn’t matter who you call or who you deal with here they do not return calls. They sold us a brand new car that had damage on it and was in for repairs for over 2 weeks. We totally regret on so many levels coming to this location for our new car purchase. The are a very poor representation of Mazda USA. ”
