Excellent experience at World Car Mazda San Antonio. Mr. Hall and team provided my family and I fantastic customer service. They really paid attention to what I was looking for and did not pressure me to purchase anything. In the end we did purchase a vehicle and wanted to share our experience.
The first contact I had at World Car Mazda was a kind and helpful receptionist who gave me directions to the service center. I mentioned that I was coming from Boerne, and she ended the conversation with "have a safe drive". That kind of customer support meant a lot to me. I walked into the service area and met Zena, she helped me understand the timetable for repairs and maintenance. Throughout our initial conversation she was checking to see if I understood and was very thorough. She provided her phone number should I have questions and/or need anything. While my car was being serviced I decided to walk to North Cross Mall. Zena asked a gentleman to give me a ride to the Mall. He stopped at that point, in the middle of his lunch, and drove me there. Everyone was genuinely interested in doing thorough job and providing kind services and attention. I highly recommend this service center for vehicle maintenance and driving safety.
I had an excellent experience working with Aaron Benavidez. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I actually wanted and never made me feel pressured. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone honest who truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend asking for him. I would absolutely work with him again.
Didn't know buying a car could be so easy! Luis Valdez was my salesman and he made the process swift and easy and got me into a new car the same day. They even worked with my pre-approval, no hassle. These other dealerships make buying a car so unnecessarily hard but this was just easy!
These are Great Staff Members working at World Car Mazda San Antonio ! ! My list of really excellent staff are: Ian; Chris; Ron; Rick; Robert; Promise. Great people ! You have great staff, and I hear that you will be renovating the current location and that’s great news ! Ian went beyond imagination when he took my DD214 and it was in eight pieces and he ran a copy of it and gave me credit for $500 because I was a good military guy, and he gave me $500 off of the Mazda 3 that I purchased. Thanks especially to Ian ! Bruce Mabrito Simply an 83-year old Gringo-Dude in South Texas
Came in and looked and left with a brand new 2025 Mazda 3. Salesman Ariel made the transition easy and he was a funny guy. Love the car just disappointed with the Mazda corporation in building a Mazda 3 vehicle without speakers in the rear doors. I know that Mazda wants to be considered a premier vehicle and they doing A good job at improving, their vehicles. if you bought a BMW, a Lexus with the rear door speakers be missing?
Very poor customer service at this location. I recommend the new Braunfels location. It doesn’t matter who you call or who you deal with here they do not return calls. They sold us a brand new car that had damage on it and was in for repairs for over 2 weeks. We totally regret on so many levels coming to this location for our new car purchase. The are a very poor representation of Mazda USA.
Do not purchase any add-ons for your car. If you are looking to get service for your car at this dealership, after purchasing your car from a different dealership, they will not honor anything. The service here has been horrible. Based on one of their representatives, in order for this dealership to honor your add-on from a different dealership, they would need to review the contract you signed with the previous dealership. However, even when you show them the contract, they still do not honor it. You need to go through great links just to get good customer service. Unfortunately, if if you already purchased add-ons for your Mazda from a previous dealership, I would recommend trying a different Mazda dealership, even if you need to go all the way to Austin.
